Question 3

Our production company name is Hysteria productions. This title along with our Mp4 of the logo suits our Product perfectly because it creates an eerie atmosphere with suits the supernatural theme of our Product.

Our idea for a distributor would be the esteemed company 20th Century Fox, they are the fourth largest market share holding film company in the USA. The reason we chose this distributor is because it is a well-funded company responsible for the release of some of the most successful film/film franchises of all time including Star Wars. It is also the distributor of Death Sentence which is the film we have based our product on. Although 20th Century Fox releases many Action films such as Die Hard series and the classic film Independence day.

Evaluation Question 4

We had a look at the BBFC website and after viewing the certificate categories and the views from the feed back grid, we decided that an appropriate certificate would be a 15. This is because the violence level would not be high enough to warrant an 18 certificate; even though a murder is present, and more violence would be shown throughout the film, none would be 'extreme' enough.

Evaluation question 2

The film that we relate most to our Opening sequence is Death Sentence. Our protagonist has been based of the main character from Death Sentence played by Kevin Bacon, in both cases the Protagonist is a very ordinary man who has suffered the loss of a family member, and our Opening sequence hints that the film will develop in the same way as Death Sentence; citizens justice. Both projects show clear social roles in an average man in a happy relationship, and the woman being portrayed as the vulnerable victim.
